Each of our Airstreams include in-unit heating and air, a full-size shower or bath, a king size bed with luxury linens, a smart TV, a tankless water heater, wireless internet, a mini-fridge & freezer, an induction cooktop, an oven, keyless entry, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor chairs, a smokeless fire pit, storage for personal belongings and suitcases, a security safe, and river access.

We have 2 units that are pet friendly and one unit that does not allow pets. Royal Fern and Silver Fern are our pet friendly units. And Creekside Fern does not allow pets. To keep our properties top-notch for all of our guests, we ask that you clean up after your furry friends while onsite and read over our pet rules here. Please note that we charge a pet fee of $50 per pet, and we do now allow aggressive breeds or any animals with a history of aggression.

Yes! Our Vacation Rental Agreement can be viewed here. When you book your stay, you will sign it during the checkout process, so feel free to review ahead of time.

If guest wishes to cancel their reservation, they will be eligible for a refund as follows if they booked on our website:

• Full refund if canceled 30 days prior to the Check In Date. (Minus a 4% processing fee)
• 50% refund if canceled between 7-30 days before check-in (Minus a 4% processing fee)
• No refund if canceled less than 7 days before check in.

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

As you make your decision about travel insurance, feel free to read over our cancellation policy below.  Keep in mind that this is the cancellation policy for guests who book directly on our website.  Other booking platforms like Airbnb and VRBO and others may have other cancellation policies.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check in details, including your door code, will be sent by email 48-hours
prior to your arrival.

Check out is by 11:00 AM on the scheduled day; your access code will cease to work at this time.

Late checkout: unless agreed upon in advance, late checkout will be billed to the registered guest at
$100/hour.

Our Airstreams are equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and emergency exits. No detail was forgotten during the renovation of these Airstreams and no corners were cut. They are even certified as park models with the Pacific West Associates certification program.

• Direct river access from property for canoeing, tubing, fishing. Other put-ins are only a couple miles upstream & downstream.
  

From Asheville: go 26 E. Take exit 40 onto Hwy 280. Stay on 280 for 16 miles. Continue onto US276/US64 for .2 miles. Turn Left onto Ecusta Road. Go 1.4 mi staying straight around traffic circle. Turn Left onto Old Hendersonville Highway. Go 1 mile. Turn right onto Everett Road. Go .3mi. Turn Right onto Poplar Lane. Go .4 Miles, turn Left onto Canopy Way. Stay straight onto Fern Valley Lane.

From Greenville or Charlotte: Go to Flat Rock NC. From Flat Rock, turn onto Little River Road. Go 2.7 miles. Turn Left on Berea Church Road. Go 2 miles. Turn Left onto Crab Creek. Go 8.8 Miles. Turn left onto Everett Road. Go 2.9 miles. Turn Left onto Poplar Lane. Go .4 Miles. Turn Left onto Canopy way. Stay straight onto Fern Valley Lane.

No way!  We are serious about your privacy and safety!  Each guest gets a new door code that is only active during the duration of the stay. 

This property was custom designed for your stay and is not in a residential neighborhood!  Roamly Getaways is located on a private 35 Acres. The land adjoins the French Broad River and goes up to the mountain ridge. You are welcome to explore the 35 acres and hike up our roads.

There are currently only 3 Airstreams on the property. They are nearby but each Airstream has privacy. You will have your own space.  You get your own private deck, fire pit, and hot tub!  We are available to help with any questions via phone or email as needed. We live nearby so can come if ever needed. But we do our best to give guests their privacy.

Ideally, we 1-2 people in each unit.  We love kids, however, our property was intentionally designed for groups of 2, mainly adults. However, if you want to let a child sleep on the couch, or bring a twin air mattress for an extra person, we will allow it and will provide linens for both. Please note though, it will be cramped and we do not recommend it. If there’s an air mattress you will not be able to walk to the bathroom at night. We charge an extra $50 per person per day (maximum 4 people). Send us a message to book any extra guests. The Airstream has enough dishes for 4 people. But a better option would be to book another Airstream on our property. These airstreams have privacy from each other, but are only a short walk apart.

Each Airstream has parking for 2 cars beside it. 

Absolutely! We provide luxury bedding and towels. 

In addition to luxury linens, we also provide an espresso machine & Starbucks espresso beans, coffee pot and locally roasted ground coffee (decaf and regular), tea, cream, sugar, dish soap,  Public Goods brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and more!!!

We are pretty casual at Roamly Getaways.  But to keep things on the up & up, we do have a few rules we ask our guests to follow.  You can look over the rules here.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• STAIRS – There are some rock stairs to traverse. Please look at pictures closely to be sure this is a fit for you.
• LIGHT – All of the main level windows have some sort of blinds or privacy provided. However, the upper roof windows in the living room do not have blinds. No one can see in, but you might have a little morning light through those windows to help you wake up.
